Terms of Service.

Role of The Fellows Collective:                                                                                                                                                                                                               The Fellows Collective is a buying group. We introduce members to suppliers and negotiate group rates. We do not sell or supply  goods or services.

Contract:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     All contracts for supply are directly between member and supplier. The Fellows Collective is not party to that contract.

Liability:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       The fellows collective accepts no liability for acts or omissions of suppliers including but not limited to late delivery, short delivery, quality of oil, damage to property, or pricing errors. The Fellows Collective's total liability to member is limited £100.   

Admin Fee:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Suppliers pay The Fellows Collective an administration fee for running the group. This does not affect the price paid by member.

No Advice:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Information provided is for group administration only and does not constitute recommendation or advice.

Existing Supplier Agreements                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The Fellows Collective acknowledges that some members may hold pre-existing supply agreements and offer favourable terms or pricing. Members retain full discretion over which suppliers they chose to engage with. The Fellows Collective does not obligate members to place orders via the collective platform where it is not financially advantageous to do so.

No Switching Obligation                                                                                                                                                                                                        Membership does not require termination or alteration of any existing supplier relationships. The collective operates as a parallel procurement option.

Future Pricing Improvements                                                                                                                                                                                                              As collective volume increases, members will gain access to enhanced pricing, discounts, rebates and service improvements. Members may switch to collective suppliers at any time without penalty.
