Existing Supplier Agreements                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The Fellows Collective acknowledges that some members may hold pre-existing supply agreements and offer favourable terms or pricing. Members retain full discretion over which suppliers they chose to engage with. The Fellows Collective does not obligate members to place orders via the collective platform where it is not financially advantageous to do so.

No Switching Obligation                                                                                                                                                                                                        Membership does not require termination or alteration of any existing supplier relationships. The collective operates as a parallel procurement option.

Future Pricing Improvements                                                                                                                                                                                                              As collective volume increases, members will gain access to enhanced pricing, discounts, rebates and service improvements. Members may switch to collective suppliers at any time without penalty.
