About The Fellows Collective

The Fellows Collective is an independent membership organisation that brings together households, businesses, venues and community organisations to explore opportunities through collaboration, promotion, collective working and community support.

The Fellows Collective is not a trade union, cooperative, political organisation, regulated buying consortium, financial services provider or registered charity unless specifically stated otherwise.

Membership of The Fellows Collective does not create any legal partnership, agency relationship or contractual obligation between members.

Advertising

The Fellows Collective may offer advertising opportunities through publications, guides, websites, social media channels, directories and promotional materials.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Fellows Collective reserves the right to refuse, decline, amend or remove advertising content that is considered misleading, offensive, unlawful or inconsistent with the values and objectives of the Collective.

Advertising acceptance does not constitute an endorsement of any product, service or organisation by The Fellows Collective.

Services

From time to time, The Fellows Collective may offer optional paid services to members and non-members.

These services may include promotional opportunities, supplier support, consultancy, administration services, advertising packages or other services introduced as the Collective develops.

All services will be subject to any additional terms provided at the time of purchase or engagement.

Participation in any service is entirely voluntary.

Refund Policy

Membership of The Fellows Collective is currently free.

Where payment has been made for advertising, publications, events or services, refunds will normally only be considered where:

• The service cannot be delivered by The Fellows Collective.
• A payment has been made in error.
• The Fellows Collective agrees that exceptional circumstances apply.

Advertising payments are generally non-refundable once artwork, content preparation, publication scheduling or production work has commenced.

Where refunds are approved, they will normally be processed using the original payment method.

Cancellations

Advertising bookings, service agreements and event participation may be cancelled by contacting The Fellows Collective as soon as possible.

Where work has already commenced, reasonable charges may apply to cover costs already incurred.

Limitation of Liability

The Fellows Collective will always seek to act fairly and professionally.

However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial savings, commercial success, member growth, sales results or future opportunities.

Members, advertisers and service users remain responsible for their own decisions and business activities.

Changes to Services

As The Fellows Collective continues to grow and develop, services, projects, publications, membership benefits and opportunities may be introduced, amended or withdrawn from time to time.

The latest information will always be available through our website and official communication channels.

Together, we are stronger.
